12/11 to current. We are a group of 11. So far 6 are sick vomiting, stomach cramps, diarhea, and hwad aches. Not certain. Hard to say. Two got sick after dinner at El Rancho in Iberostar Maya. Reported to front desk. Was told that we were the first to report it.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Diarrhea, Headache

Had a bacon burger from Guy Fieri's at the cancun airport. Within 2 hours, I had major stomach cramps and diarrhea. It continued through our 6 hour flight with vomiting. Through the night I had a fever as well.
