Our entire group of 6 ended up sick after day 3 of our trip. It’s honestly hard to pinpoint where it came from as we all experienced symptoms at different times within a 24 hour period. Symptoms have lasted even after our return home.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

On May 5, 2022 I went out to eat at a McDonald's restaurant in Plaza Nezahualcoyotl, which is on 4th Avenue, I consumed a double quarter-pound Mctrio and a Mcflurry from others, at the end I started feeling nauseous, today May 6, 2022 I still have diarrhea all day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I'm sick for 5 days. With vomiting diarrhea and a horrible pain in the stomach. These symptoms started after eating a hamburger from in. Chihuahua, I had to go to the hospital from pain so strong and they channeled me with serum and medication, until today I have only improved a little..  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
