Last Friday night , I think it was the food I ate. I had vegan risotto and guacamole. About 2-3 hours after eating I violently threw up. The next day was followed with fever, chills, cramps, nausea and diarrhea  I got sick within 2-3 hours after eating.… See more

I had a shrimp dish for dinner here and thought at the time the texture was odd, but it’s a dark restaurant so hard to see. Next day I had severe diarrhoea, vomiting, nausea, high fever and chills and was basically bed bound. I’m in day 2 now and still unable to eat anything!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
