Bad stomach cramps and going on day 3 of diarrhea from what i suspect as the muscles at the Italian restaurant on the resort. I also think the buffet has something to do with this food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Food, We spent the day at the park, with food and sales included. At night it gave me a very severe stomach ache. And then diarrhea with fever and body pain. I have diarrhea and a lot of stomach pain for two days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain

We ordered from this little stall outside the store.

Not sure if there's two different businesses but we ordered from two people who gave us some meat tacos.

6 hours later nausea diarrhea chills vomiting. Day two and no longer vomiting but can't leave more than 45… See more

I had the shrimp tacos and within 24 hours had a fever of 101 degrees, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and the chills. It was terrible and I don’t think I’ll be going there in the future!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills

Oct 31, 2021 to Nov 8, 2021, Not sure if it was the food or water. We had a group of family members staying at Xcaret Arte and most are dealing with diarrhea and some nausea.   2 people that felt too bad to leave their rooms, 5 with diarrhea but could leave their room.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
