We had pasta Al Carbon, about 8 hours later had diarrhea, nausea and bloating. It was improved with Imodium, Gas-x and Zofran. 2 days later, unknown if from outside food or same restaurant, but severe cramping diarrhea, vomiting. This has lasted 36 hours so far.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Gas, Cramps
