Food, We ordered room service on March 22nd. It was only cooked items (eggs, sausages, fries...). Shortly after eating my spouse and I both started feeling nauseated. Eventually we ended up getting completely sick for 2 days.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

Shrimp dinner, Just me. Everyone else seems fine but I was the only one wfo ate the shrimp with cockroach sause. Got bzck to room at 10:30 pm and was vomiting by 4:30 am with fever and diarrhea lasting all day and still sick now.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I had falafel plate yesterday and 3-4 hours later started feeling sick. A few hours later I had major diarrhea, nausea and fever. Today I’m so sick I can’t get out of the hotel room and have major pain in my belly and continuing diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

My husband and I ordered a 6in sub on 03/13/19. I had the chicken parm and he had the chicken sandwich. After 30 mins, I started to have diarrhea and stomach cramps. After 4 hours, he had vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
