Since 12/15/23 We stayed at Hardrock resort at Los Cabos all inclusive meal We stayed at resort from 12/10-12/17. Since I got sick from 12/15 morning, I couldn’t get out of the bed for 3days. Very strong stomach cramps as well. I bought diarrhea n uti medicine at the resort through concierge.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Yesterday I ate a chicken burger and potatoes and also some chicken and today morning I woke up with tachycardia and not eating all day, I feel nauseous and my stomach hurts, I have had low blood pressure a while ago that I feel terrible, in the morning I evacuated color black  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache, Chills
