I ordered a McFeast Chicken meal on 19th Feb at around 1pm. At about 3am on 20th Feb I started feeling nauseous and my stomach was cramping. Was vomiting the whole morning and I was so ill at one point I fainted in the bathroom. I love McDonald's but this has sadly put me off.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate the chicken cordon bleu sub for lunch on Friday 4 Jan 2019 and woke up violently ill on Saturday morning. I was visiting family and this was the only different food item that I ate and they were all fine.... put off for life!
