I had the Shrimp and Crab Salad. I've had stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting and unable to keep anything down for 48 hours. I went to the ER last night for an IV and anti-nausea medicine. They think it was the lettuce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps

Bought cake from there. Eat that night then My wife and I got sick same time. I had high fever, Body pain, Throat sore. Went to Urgent care. doctor tested and told me because of bacteria in food. 3 days off from work. Never go again.  | Symptoms: Other, Fever, Soreness

I’ve eaten the chicken around 8p last night and started feeling stomach pains around 9-10p then nausea and vomiting around 1a, I’m the only one that gotten sick.
