I had the Shrimp and Crab Salad. I've had stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting and unable to keep anything down for 48 hours. I went to the ER last night for an IV and anti-nausea medicine. They think it was the lettuce.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 抽筋

Bought cake from there. Eat that night then My wife and I got sick same time. I had high fever, Body pain, Throat sore. Went to Urgent care. doctor tested and told me because of bacteria in food. 3 days off from work. Never go again.  | 症状: 其他, 发烧, 酸痛

I’ve eaten the chicken around 8p last night and started feeling stomach pains around 9-10p then nausea and vomiting around 1a, I’m the only one that gotten sick. It all started after eating the chicken sandwich around 8pm yesterday. (stomach pains) at 9-10pm. Nausea and vomiting at 1am (on going)  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛
