Made a salad form the salad bar with mix greens at 2 pm 6/1/18 and by 5pm started to be sick. That night was the sickest of my life. immediately vomiting anything I ingested. By 6/3 morning have not be able to sleep eat or drink and have lost 8 pounds. Have to cancel business travel plans.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Stopped in lounge before flight to SFO on Thursday, May 24. Ate veggies, black bean salad and coconut trail mix. I had a latter and water to drink. My flight was delayed for several hours, and by the time I landed in SFO I didn’t feel right.… See more
