I ate a salad from Wendy’s at about 7 in the afternoon some of the pieces of salad tasted funny but I didn’t think anything of it. Went to bed and this morning i woke up feeling like shit stomach was agitated and I had some diarrhea afterword threw up pieces of salad  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
