I ordered for a beef and mushroom burger, I always have the same at five guys McDonald’s everywhere, I tried this for the first time yesterday. It was NYE and 2 hours later, before I could even sip my first beer, I’ve vomitted everything out  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
