day after I woke up in a pool of sweat and shivering, throughout the day I had bad nausea and was struggling to control my body temperature, went from shivering to being boiling hot, I couldn’t get any food down me because my nausea was so bad and this has lasted 2 days now where I’ve barely been able to get anything solid down me just a diet of sips of water. I also weighed myself and found out I’ve lost half a stone from not eating and the reason I know this is because a few days before I had to weigh myself for a medication review and I was 8 stone and now I’m down to 7 and a 1/2. I just had to lay in the same position not moving otherwise I would feel sick, as the evening passed the nausea got worse and I was running to the toilet every 15 minutes to be sick but only clear water was coming out where I hadn’t been able to eat that day,I had watery diarrhoea a couple of times,I also felt like I needed to poo constantly because my tummy was constantly hurting, it almost felt like cramps but I know it wasn’t but it’s not because I wasn’t on my period at the time. My whole body has been really shakey and I’ve been having fever like symptoms like being cold when everyone else is feeling normal, it’s been really awful honestly because I haven’t been able to leave my house to go to work and I wouldn’t eat at weatherspoons again.
