I bought a happy meal today at about 5pm after college it was a chicken nugget meal and about 1 hour later I went for a toilet and I had really bad diarrhoea and I also got cramps and feeling like I’m about to be sick at any moment, it’s been about 12 hours and the pain has gotten worse  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
