I got the chicken roll ups and they 1) were gross and 2) that night I was soooo sick on my stomach I had diarrhea and was vomiting all at the same time. It was hell on earth and lasted for hours. I know I had food poisoning and that was the only thing I’d eaten that day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Went to Jason’s deli on May 2 and started having nausea, diarrhea and stomach cramping on the morning of May 3rd. I continued to have all the symptoms until May 9th. All I had to eat while there was the salad bar.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
