At Chipotle bowl Wednesday stomach became bloated right after bad case of gastritis Friday recovering now 4 days later. This is the second time in the last two visits.

I ordered a bowl with chicken, pork, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and hot sauce. I woke up in the middle of the night around 2 am and starting vomiting.
