My son had a burger with everything on in no cheese and fries. And he has been vomiting all day with severe stomach cramps. Hubby had dd he pull off the lettuce because it was to chunky. Hubby is fine. Son is sick. We think it might have been the lettuce.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Pizza from here Our manager made a pizza party for Thursday and Friday we woke up with symptoms. 4 of us got sick and as regards to the rest of the employees I don't know. 12 to 17 hours.
