I ate a regular size whataburger and medium fry around 3 a.m. I felt fine until around 9 a.m. I had a terrible stomachache so I tried taking Dramamine. I vomited a few times throughout the day and could not hold any food or medicine down. Symptoms have lasted over 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I had the mushroom hoagie? Anyway three of us got sick after getting sandwiches with the same-ish vegetables on them (one of us was a vegan and she got sick too)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I feel that the food was either purposedly tampered with or they contaminated it with the cleaning chemicals that were out next to the food. My friend and I each ordered 1 meximelt and both began vomiting within an hour of eating. Normally I wouldn't of thought… See more

I ordered panda around 4:30pm. Ate it when I got home at 5. About an hour or so later my stomach was killing me, felt dizzy and nauseated. Then it was constant diherrea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness

Ate a double mushroom swiss burger and a few fries for dinner. Woke up at 5am feeling terrible. Projective vomiting at about 8am, followed by a bit of diarrhea. Felt considerably better after the vomiting, but still not great. Body aches and I'm feeling very cold.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
