Had a beef and cheddar sand which from Arby's last night and it was the last thing I've eaten since then. I woke up at 5 this morning deathly ill and for the last 7 hours have not been able to stop from puking or having diarrhea. Not able to hold any liquids down  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a regular size whataburger and medium fry around 3 a.m. I felt fine until around 9 a.m. I had a terrible stomachache so I tried taking Dramamine. I vomited a few times throughout the day and could not hold any food or medicine down. Symptoms have lasted over 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I feel that the food was either purposedly tampered with or they contaminated it with the cleaning chemicals that were out next to the food. My friend and I each ordered 1 meximelt and both began vomiting within an hour of eating. Normally I wouldn't of thought… See more
