我在上午 10 点半吃了 Matts 和卷曲薯条作为午餐，到中午我已经感觉到它们会受到恶心和胃痛的影响，直到现在晚上 11 点 05 分，情况整天都在恶化。我差点扔了好几次了，我只是继续在里面呆下来因为我讨厌呕吐  | 症状: 恶心, 胃痛

Had a beef and cheddar sand which from Arby's last night and it was the last thing I've eaten since then. I woke up at 5 this morning deathly ill and for the last 7 hours have not been able to stop from puking or having diarrhea. Not able to hold any liquids down  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I ate a regular size whataburger and medium fry around 3 a.m. I felt fine until around 9 a.m. I had a terrible stomachache so I tried taking Dramamine. I vomited a few times throughout the day and could not hold any food or medicine down. Symptoms have lasted over 24 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
