We went Saturday, Sept 14th, 2019. I believe the Caesar salad is what made me sick, because it's the only thing I ate that was different from my husband. I started having bloating and stomach pain as we left the restaurant and it's only gotten worse. 3 days later and I'm still sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Bloating, Stomach Pain

Ordered meatball sub and cold cut. Everything looked super clean, fresh veggies, attendants very clean and put on new gloves. Husband and I split them at 8pm last night. Felt sick at 11pm and went to bed. Woke up feeling nauseous and diarrhea! Felt like my insides… See more

After work I ran by Wendy’s in Hot Springs,AR on central and ordered a #10. On the way home, I ate my nuggets and fries. An hour later, I have a massive diarrhea and vomiting attack. My fever is 100.1 and I have had 2 diarrhea attacks since the initial one and another vomiting session.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
