订购了肉丸子和冷切。一切看起来都很干净，新鲜的蔬菜，服务员很干净，戴上新手套。昨晚 8 点我和丈夫把他们分开了晚上 11 点感觉不舒服然后上床睡觉。醒来时感觉恶心和腹泻！感觉就像我的内心要出来了！！！现在很头疼。因为我没有发烧就倒下液体。丈夫只是觉得恶心。再也不会了！

After work I ran by Wendy’s in Hot Springs,AR on central and ordered a #10. On the way home, I ate my nuggets and fries. An hour later, I have a massive diarrhea and vomiting attack. My fever is 100.1 and I have had 2 diarrhea attacks since the initial one and another vomiting session.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
