I got my meal at about 1230 and drove away I waited about three minutes before consuming a crunchy taco Supreme and 2 beef Supreme chalupas. 10/4/17- 445pm Subway club, Italian herb bread, lettuce, pickles, cucumber, onion, ranch, chipotle sauce. Within 2 hours of eating I became very nauseas and began vomiting with chills and stomach pain.
