Ate a romaine/spinach salad and clam chowder at 7pm. Vomiting & diarrhea started at about 1am and happened every hour after. Hospital for IV/meds at 9am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Bought salads for lunch this week. Yesterday salad the chicken had black mold on it. I did not eat it, but todays salad looked okay and now I am suffering with serious stomach cramps., I ate the salad about 12:30 pm and am really sick now at 9:12 pm  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps
