Purchased ice coffee with cream and sweet and low at approx 7:15 AM 12/2/16. Stomach pain / nausea started two hours later, Was vomiting by 11::00 AM. Pain, nausea and vomiting continued in to the evening. Following day stomach pain continues with short bouts of nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

9/3/2016 purchased and consumed a carnitas burrito including pinto beans, white rice, mild salsa, lettuce and guacamole at approx 6:30pm. 2 hours later at approximately 8pm started to feel nauseous which was then followed with vommiting and diarrhea. Symptoms have continued for over an hour.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
