The Mexican Pizza I ordered smelled off but I was starving after helping a friend move all day. I ate it and in about an hour I had severe stomach cramps. When I went to the toilet I had loose stools showing a little blood and felt as if I was going to vomit, although I did not. It last 2 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Bloody Stool
