Wendy’s fish sandwich. CoD was not fully cooked., 15-30 minutes after eating, nausea abdominal pain and diarrhea. Got their fish sandwich. First bite was great, but mostly breading. Second had fish and was rubbery in texture under the coating. Looked at it closer and was not fully cooked.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

My husband last night ordered 2 taco supreme and bean and cheese burrito. After 2 hours he was vomiting all night until 10:00 am the next day he has been in bed all day. Thanks Taco Bell  | Symptoms: Vomiting
