我们我的家人和我们的访客去吃饭，食物还不错，在回家的路上，我的大女儿（最小的）开始在车里花很多时间然后回家后在家里反复，我以为她吃完了，但是第二天她开始排便松动直到现在，我的大孙女开始扔东西她也起床了 3 次，抱怨胃痛和不适，无法入睡然后第二天她开始有松动的 bm 直到现在，所以第二天我们吃完之后和我丈夫一起开始呕吐 bm 松动然后恶心，就像我的第二个女儿和最小的女儿一样有同样的症状恶心呕吐和腹泻，第二天我下次也去洗手间 3 倍。我丈夫今天去看医生，医生怀疑食物中毒。所以我写这封信是为了报告餐厅。

Wendy’s fish sandwich. CoD was not fully cooked., 15-30 minutes after eating, nausea abdominal pain and diarrhea. Got their fish sandwich. First bite was great, but mostly breading. Second had fish and was rubbery in texture under the coating. Looked at it closer and was not fully cooked.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

在我两次怀孕期间，我在这里吃了很多三明治。2019 年 1 月 3 日，我吃了意大利人 Mike's Way，里面加了墨西哥胡椒、香蕉辣椒、鳄梨和芥末酱。

在吃完三明治后的 2 小时内，我就感到恶心和胃痛恶心，完成后不到 3 小时就开始腹泻。吃完三明治后的 5 小时内就会出现呕吐和发烧。一旦我把所有东西都扔掉了，我大部分时间都会好起来。仍然有恶心和发烧，但在吃完饭后大约 12 小时能够保持体液减少。

My husband last night ordered 2 taco supreme and bean and cheese burrito. After 2 hours he was vomiting all night until 10:00 am the next day he has been in bed all day. Thanks Taco Bell  | 症状: 呕吐

This post is for my nephew who is too sick to post this himself. He and his cousin ate spicy chicken sandwich on 8/27/17 8:30pm and by 2am they were sick. Today 8/29 I took him to the emergency room. He was scary sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

上周我在这个地方附近的一所学校上学。那是我整周唯一吃过的地方。我早餐吃了香蕉，然后在周四周五和周六吃地铁吃午餐。我对所有的蔬菜都感到高兴。到周六晚上，我开始发冷和腹泻。然后每隔几分钟就有周日腹泻一整天。然后发烧，虚弱恶心。星期一去他们诊断出我患有诺如病毒的地方并不是更好。除了学校之外，这条地铁是我整周唯一去的地方，也是我唯一吃的东西。

Everytime I go to carls jr I always order the same thing, I haven't gotten sick from there before but this time I did, the first couple of bites were fine but towards the middle I took a bite and got a month full of nasty chicken… 更多
