purchased charcuterie meats for February 14; evening of February 15 experienced diarrhea, nausea, running hot and cold, all night and through mid-day on Friday when I started to feel better. Still had some diarrhea for next several days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Ate a can of Campbell’s Classic Chicken Noodle Soup. Heated it thoroughly on the stove, beforehand. Nausea started within a few minutes. Diarrhea started the next morning. This was the only thing I ate that day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Ate this bread for the first time, two days in a row. Had mild abdominal discomfort day one, day two I ended up in the ER with severe abdominal pain. The only thing different to my diet was the bread. My small bowel showed signs of inflammation on the CT scan.  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain
