Ate a Sausage McMuffin here. Have no immune system. Been violently ill for a day n finally collapsed. Just recovering on 9-20-2022. Ate nothing else since then, Only food eaten was this. This was my wife n she suffered tremendously with no immune system.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Fever, Confusion

Ate 6-inch roast beef sandwich from here on 9/13. About an hour later, episodic diarrhea that lasted about 3 hours. Visited this sandwich shop on other occasions in prior month, and experienced similar issues with diarrhea. I will not go back.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
