Had board and brew on the second floor between sections 101 and 117. Turkado sandwich. 3-4 hours later I start to vomit and have diahrea. They persist well into morning the next day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Yesterday, June 25, 2025 at approx 6:30 pm, I ate the Salmon plate with rice and veggies, along with a side salad. I did use approx 1 tablespoon of the Ken's Ranch dressing on my salad. At 2 am 6/26/2025 I awoke with a bad stomach ache which soon manifested in diarrhea and vomitting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
