Got a pomegranate tea and it tasted rotten and fermented and I called the manager and she just said sorry, I am almost sure she lied in my face because I told her I get this drink all the time. She made no effort to replace my drink or explain truthfully what happened.  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

Ate 2 fish tacos and chips and salsa and had a coconut margarita and a spicy pineapple drink. Got violently ill ca 6 hours later. If this isn't the cause, then Mexibowls from the barrio food court is to blame, which I had the night before. I didn't eat anything else those 2 days  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
