My husband and I came here for lunch before some shopping. I had a hot dog, pizza, and we shared a Pepsi. About 40 minutes afterwards, we were shopping at Costco and I suddenly had really bad stomach cramps and pain. I was sweating a lot and
felt faint, making my way to their restroom. As soon as I got in, I was throwing up into the toilet, twice. I then proceed to have diarrhea there and again at home. We reported it to the manager, who had the audacity to tell us she didn't think it was their food as "no one else has made a report today yet." I had nothing but Costco that day, with my husband having diarrhea at home - our common denominator being the Pepsi that was shared. The manager asked me to fill out a form on the spot and said she'd follow up in a few days to see if I'm okay - upsettingly, I refused to fill out the form as I was having stomach pains as we stood there waiting and she thinks I'd be in the mood to fill out a paper form lol.
