I went a Mexican restaurant by work called Plazuelas around 3 pm I had shrimp tacos . I started feeling weird about 3 hours later my stomach started cramping and hurting severely I became nauseas and started having chills then became worse through out the night  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills

I ate around 9 pm 101918 and had to get sent home early for my stomach hurting so much I got a chicken burrito with lettuce pinto cheeseguacamole and red hot sauce  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had dominos last night and I had a sasguage ham pineapple pizza also had some Parmesan bread bite. I woke up around 440 stomach hurting really bad burning up and moving made me want to throw up and very severe diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

My husband and I ate the Chardouble burgers fries and salad. They tasted fine but woke up 5 hours with chills shivering vomited 5 times with diarrhea 7 times. Now I have numb fingers also. Had to go to the E R and then the Internal specialist.… See more
