Ate a u pick salad. Only meal that day. 6 hours later Diarrhea started followed swiftly by hours of vomiting as well. Vomit eased after 5 hours but Diarrhea and cramps persisted for 48 more hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
