Had salad with chicken, rice, black beans, pico, green chili and quacamole. About hour later had naseau, and diahrea that lasted well into the next day. Date was July 28th-29th  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ordered the grilled chicken burrito combo around 11:30. I ate my meal immediately, and no more than 30 mins later, i started to feel nauseated and had to run to the bath room for a bowel movement that was very loose.  | Symptoms: Nausea
