Nachos made my husband sick all day only my husband ate Tako Bell 1/31/2019 around 4:30-5pm , and symptoms started from 6pm , Until next day he started diarrhea, vomit , a fever , nausea all afternoon and night , but the symptoms are getting worse , I’m about to take him to the hospital  | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Last week I went into the store like usual to get my mochi ice cream and they had a new flavor so I decided to try it. When I got back to the car I took a bite and my wife asked me what flavor it was and I told her it tasted like metal or chemicals.
