Pretty sure it was a coffee from here. Just me, I ordered a drink and within one hour I started to develop a headache, by the next morning I was sick(nausea and vomiting,cold chills,feeling weak). I washed the cremini pre sliced mushrooms, then proceeded to cook a sauce out of them. My husband ate only the sauce without mushrooms, and I ate the actual mushrooms themselves.
