I got horribly sick from nachos at a vendor at Pepsi Center on September 4. I am fairly sure it was the jalapenos on the nachos because my friend who also had the nachos (but no jalapenos) did not get sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
