I bought some black grapes in Sams and after I ate on Sunday 12/12/2021 I started getting sick headache, vomiting, stomach cramps.

After a steak with onion peels and a cup of clam chowder, I started to have extremely painful Stomach cramps, then vomited and had diarrhea for over 12 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Mozz balls packaged in oil I was the only one that ate them. They looked melted in the container but I didn’t realize it till I got home. I opened them a week later and ate three or four.  A few hours later I started with a fever then later woke up wth Montazumas revenge! Awful!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
