I bought my daughter a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with fries and apple juice for lunch. Maybe 6 hours later my daughter woke up vomiting and had diarrhea. This has happened once before but I just assumed it was a one time thing plus she only had diarrhea that time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Steak tacos  About 1 1/2 hours after eating, nausea and vomiting started and diarrheal. Also friend that ate with me had queso and ge was nauseated and diarrhea. It’s the next day and still nauseous and weak  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
