Yesterday , Food  20 minutes after eating I had diarrhea and nausea. Quickly after I started vomiting and spitting up mucus. Vomiting lasted for 10 hours.
Ordered chicken nachos.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Mucus in Stools
