. I proceeded to get the sandwiches and fries . Around 10:50 pm the same day I projectile vomited and experienced diarrhea. And two hours later i projectile vomited again . It consisted of several chunks of chicken . So i have no doubt what made me sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bile

I ate the OMG burger around 7pm. Around 1am that night, i woke up with the worst stomach pain that I've ever experienced in my life. I had to use the bathroom 5 times in 2 hours and puked 3 times.
