Burgers from Culverd My 4yr old & myself Vomiting for my son & vomiting & diarrhea for myself. Ate there for lunch around 12pm. Son woke up at 9pm vomiting & has vomited about 13 times since. I had diarrhea around 10pm, 1230am & just vomited about 5 minutes ago  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Went to lunch with a co-worker had the traditional chicken lettuce wraps both ended up extremely sick once we got back to work it's the only thing we both had. It's been several hours and now I have this unbearable headache. Other people have been sick from eating their food as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache

Likey suspect, chickhen blt wrap. Felt odd about 30mins after eating and later worse, next day sweat and chills. My friend mention a similar previous experience and avoid the place. The one in North Naples is much better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills, Sweating
