I ate at Panera on May 11, 2016. Shortly after my stomach didn't feel right and I had diarrhea. The next day I had abdominal pain all day and by nightfall profuse vomiting. I had a chicken quesadilla around 6pm. Around 10 pm I began filling dizzy and lightheaded. I drank water and laid down. By 1030 I started feeling nauseous. At 1130 I was violently vomiting.
