I had 3 crunchy taco supremes and a bean burrito last night. Felt a tad quesey afterward but not til this morning when I woke with a bad headache nausea diarrhea and a little vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

I ordered a Joey with ground beef cheese and sour cream. Brought it home and ate nearly half before I felt full. Went to bed a few hours after and woke up to diarrhea and vomiting. I couldn't stop doing either til about 5 in the morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
