to the bathroom and had diarrhea, and ended up vomiting around 3:30a. Every hour after that, I woke up with diarrhea and extreme nausea and cramping. I also had the chills laying in bed.
Woke up at 8am, had another extreme bout of nausea like at 230a and puked again.
From what I could tell, I was puking up the contents in my stomach from my this meal.

I felt faint on the bed and had to lay down. I had just a weird out of body feeling. I feel asleep for a couple of hours and still felt bad.
