Me and my children went to McDonald's and got 20 piece nugget and McChicken sandwich McGriddle and a large fry. I have two sons and my youngest one and I we're the only ones to eat the french fries and we were the only ones to get sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
