Ate a bbq salad with pulled chicken. First clue was the waitress kept going to the bathroom.

Had dinner at 430pm at ovation in Davenport Florida. Didn't eat anything else that night. 130am that next morning on the 13th felt nausea had diarrhea and vomiting for the next 18 hour.
